Technology
How we approach engineering across our products.
SaaS applications
We build subscription software that customers use from the browser, with clear account management and regular, predictable updates.
Web platforms
Our applications are built on modern web standards, so they run on phones, tablets, and computers without separate installations. Where it helps, they can be installed as web apps and keep working offline.
Cloud infrastructure
We use established managed cloud services for hosting, data storage, and authentication rather than running our own servers, so we can focus on the product.
Reliable business workflows
Business records such as sales, stock movements, and payments are handled with care: changes are validated, recorded, and kept consistent.
Secure account systems
Accounts are protected with industry-standard authentication, role-based access, and authorization checks performed on the server.
Integrations
We connect our products to trusted third-party services, such as payment and email providers, through their official interfaces.
Automation
We automate repetitive work, such as stock updates and reconciliations, so people can spend their time on decisions rather than data entry.
Applied artificial intelligence
We use AI where it brings clear value, such as helping with content and repetitive tasks, and we keep people in control of the results. We do not describe a feature as AI-powered unless it is.
Engineering principles
-
Secure by default
Least-privilege access and server-side checks.
-
Privacy-conscious
We collect only the data a feature needs.
-
Multilingual from the start
Arabic (right to left), French, and English.
-
Measured releases
Small, tested steps rather than big-bang changes.
